1. About LearnDepth Hire

LearnDepth Hire is operated by LearnDepth Academy LLP. We provide interview preparation, HR mock interviews, mentorship, personalized feedback, and related career-readiness services.

LearnDepth Hire is not an employer, a recruitment agency, or a placement guarantee service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, making a purchase, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility & Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, making a payment, scheduling interviews, or communicating with mentors. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate so we can deliver our services effectively.

4. Program Description

Our programs may include HR mock interviews, interview assessments, personalized feedback, improvement plans, dedicated HR mentorship, interview preparation sessions, re-evaluations, and performance reports.

Note: The actual services provided depend entirely on the specific package you purchase. The package description displayed at the time of your enrollment dictates the benefits included in your program.

5. No Employment or Placement Guarantee

This is critically important. LearnDepth Hire provides preparation, practice, mentorship, and feedback to help you improve your interview readiness. However, participation in our programs does NOT guarantee:

• Employment or job offers
• Placement or interview calls
• Selection by any employer
• Specific salary levels
• Admission into any company

Final hiring decisions are made independently by employers and recruiters.

6. Nature of Mock Interviews

Our mock interviews simulate real interview scenarios for educational and preparation purposes. The feedback provided represents the professional guidance and opinion of our mentors and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of how a specific employer will evaluate you.

7. HR Mentorship

Our mentors provide guidance strictly related to interview preparation. This mentorship must not be construed as legal advice, financial advice, guaranteed recruitment, or representation before employers. Mentor availability and scheduling are subject to the structure of your specific program.

8. User Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions responsibly and on time
• Behave professionally and communicate respectfully with our staff and mentors
• Complete suggested preparation and assignments where appropriate
• Provide accurate information
• Avoid harassment, abuse, or any inappropriate conduct
• Avoid recording or distributing sessions without explicit permission
• Avoid the misuse, reproduction, or unauthorized sharing of program materials

9. Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Sessions generally require advance scheduling. You are expected to attend at the agreed times. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and the applicable rules of your program. Repeated no-shows or misuse of the scheduling system may negatively affect your ability to book future sessions.

10. Payments

Prices for our programs are clearly displayed prior to purchase. Your enrollment is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Razorpay. You are responsible for providing valid payment information to the payment provider. LearnDepth Hire does not store your sensitive payment credentials.

11. Refunds

Paid program fees are generally non-refundable after successful enrollment, except in cases of verified duplicate payments or specific service-delivery failures attributable to us.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by LearnDepth Academy LLP and LearnDepth Hire—including website content, program materials, interview frameworks, worksheets, assessments, reports, graphics, branding, and logos—are our intellectual property.

You may use the provided materials for your personal learning and preparation. However, you may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit these materials without our explicit written authorization.

13. Recording & Session Content

Any recording of sessions by LearnDepth Hire (if applicable) will be subject to appropriate notice or consent. Users are strictly prohibited from secretly recording or distributing mock interviews or mentor sessions.

14. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services for fraud, impersonation, harassment, abusive conduct, unauthorized commercial redistribution, attempting to compromise website/payment security, misuse of mentors/interviewers, or any illegal activity.

15. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide our services reliably. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, internet outages, mentor availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Third-Party Services

Payment processors (such as Razorpay) and other third-party tools we utilize operate under their respective terms and policies.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnDepth Academy LLP and LearnDepth Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or your inability to secure employment. Our liability is limited to matters within our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LearnDepth Academy LLP from any claims, damages, or losses arising directly from your intentional misuse of our services, unlawful conduct, intellectual property infringement, or serious violation of these Terms.

19. Termination & Suspension

LearnDepth Hire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without refund, for serious misuse, including fraud, harassment, abusive conduct, security attacks, unauthorized redistribution of our materials, or any other material violation of these Terms.

20. Changes to Services

We continuously aim to improve our offerings and may make operational adjustments to our services over time. We will, however, honor the material benefits of the package you purchased or provide an appropriate resolution.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes.

22. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law.
