Once payment for a LearnDepth Hire paid program or package has been successfully completed and enrollment is confirmed, the program fee is generally NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. Service Not Delivered Due to LearnDepth: If LearnDepth Hire is entirely unable to provide the paid service due to circumstances directly attributable to us, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons, subject to applicable law and explicit commitments made by LearnDepth Hire:

• Change of Mind: A user's change of mind, loss of interest, personal schedule conflicts, failure to attend, or failure to participate in the program.
• Job or Interview Outcome: Payment is specifically for the interview preparation and mentorship services described. LearnDepth Hire does not guarantee employment or selection. No refund will arise merely because a participant did not receive a job offer, was rejected in an interview, did not receive an interview call, or did not achieve a desired employment outcome.
